A graduate of Toulouse Business School and of HEC Paris, Silvine Thoma has more than 20 years’ experience in communication. For twelve years she worked in 360° communication agencies as Customer Services Manager for BtoC and BtoB brands. In 2014 she provided support to a network of business leaders, the aim of which was to promote entrepreneurship in young people.
In 2015 she joined DERICHEBOURG Multiservices in the post of Communication and Marketing Manager, where she developed and structured communication in all the subsidiaries in France, Spain and Portugal.
She joined Elior Group in 2023. There, her remit is to define, manage and motivate the Group's communication strategy.
