A job for those wishing to combine the functions of kitchen manager and head chef. You will be in charge of the kitchen, as well as managing client relationships, contracts and budgets.
Site or restaurant manager
Your mission is to ensure customer loyalty and guest satisfaction. For this, you supervise and manage the activity of the site/kitchen in compliance with client contracts and your budget.
Central kitchen manager
More than 20,000 meals a day can be cooked in a central kitchen. Your job is to direct, plan and control the production and distribution of meals for children and/or the elderly.
You are responsible for several restaurants in a specific geographical area. Your mission is to lead and manage your teams, build customer loyalty, and boost sales.
You are responsible for managing the restaurants in a specific region: this involves managing commercial relations, optimizing results and boosting sales, as well as monitoring your teams on site.
