Graduated from Oxford, Catherine Roe has been working 12 years at the Ladbroke Group. Then she joined Sodexo in Great Britain and headed the purchasing department.

She joined Elior in 2004 as purchasing Director for Elior UK, and was appointed General Director of contract and concession catering markets.

Managing Director of Elior UK since 2011, she will become Chief Executive Officer on 1^st April 2014. She replaces Tim Hammond who joins Four Seasons Health Group.
