Provide a reference framework

Published in June 2016, Elior Group’s Ethical Principles were drafted to provide a reference framework that is shared by all employees in their daily working lives.

    A proactive approach

    These principles illustrate a proactive approach reflecting the international guiding principles recognized and adopted by the Group, namely: 

    •    The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
    •    The International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
    •    The United Nations Global Compact
    •    United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

    The Group has deployed these ethical principles within all of its operational entities, in compliance with applicable local legislation.
