Elior Group has set itself the goal to increase the proportion of its responsible sourcing by promoting locally-sourced and/or labeled products (organic, MSC, Red Tractor, Rainforest Alliance, etc.) by working closely with stakeholders in the civil society and relying on recognized guidelines and approaches.

This approach aims not only to promote food produced by an agricultural system that respects the environment (rotation and diversity of crops, rational use of pesticides and fertilizers, etc.) but also to contribute, in a sustainable way, to the economic vitality of the territories where Elior Group operates, and is closer to our customers and guests.
