Elior Group announces the appointment of its Chief Legal Officer, Thierry Thonnier as a member of the Group's Executive Committee.

Thierry Thonnier holds a postgraduate degree in business law from Paris V René Descartes University. He joined Elior group when it was created, in 1992.

He held several positions in the Group's legal department before becoming Chief Legal Officer: general corporate lawyer, head of corporate legal affairs, and then Group’s Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board in 2006. He has actively participated in all the Group's major development’s stages: internal growth, acquisitions, IPO.

In 2020, Thierry Thonnier expanded his responsibilities and took over the management of Elior Group’s compliance function. In May 2022, he will become a member of the Group's Executive Committee and will actively participate in its operational and strategic work and decision-making.
