Since joining Elior in 2008, he has steadily advanced through the organization: first as Sector Manager in Nantes, then as Regional Director for the Centre-West region (2013–2020), before leading national operations in the Healthcare and Education segments from 2020 to 2023.

He began his career at Casino Restauration, where he held various roles ranging from Cafeteria Manager to Regional Manager, including responsibilities in training. His career path highlights his hands-on expertise, strategic vision, and ability to rally teams around ambitious projects in service of Elior France’s clients.
