Frédéric Galliath graduated from the Institut de Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris and holds a postgraduate degree in management from the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS). He began his career in 1989 in the audit and operating management department of Via Location, then moved to Véolia Environnement in 1994 as regional director before going on to become Head of customer loyalty. He joined Elior France in 2005 to take up the post of regional manager in the inter-company corporate catering segment for the B&I market, then became Director of Operations for Elior France’s B&I market in 2012.
