With over 20 years of experience in business services and facility management, Fouad Ziane joined DERICHEBOURG Intérim et Recrutement in May 2025 as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to that, he spent nearly five years leading Cleaning and Logistics operations for the Northern Île-de-France region at DERICHEBOURG Facility, overseeing a scope of €78 million in revenue, five agencies, and two specialized business units, with a workforce of 4,000 employees. He also held senior management positions at Samsic (2015–2020), where he was in charge of physical security services, and at the Onet Group, where he managed the Marseille agency for over a decade.
