Antonio Llorens has an Industrial Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia as well as an MBA from IESE Business School. Antonio has over 25 years’ experience in the contract catering industry. He has held several executive positions within Serunion, which he joined as Deputy Chairman and is now Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and he also served as CEO of Areas within the Elior Group.

 Antonio is the President of the Spanish Federation for Social Catering (FEADRS), and Restaurama (the Alimentaria International Food and Beverage Fair) and has been a member of Alimentaria’s management committee since 1998. He is also President of the Prevent foundation and patron of the Barcelona Food Bank Foundation and the Enriqueta Villavecchia Pediatric Oncology Foundation.
