Laurence Letertre-Tabourdeau, 46, holds an MBA in Human Resources studies from the University of Miami. After beginning her career in 1995 at Adecco, she joined the Fnac Group in 1998 in charge of recruitment and career management. She moved to Carrefour, where over the next seven years, she headed up Human Resources and training, then HR development and finally international HRMS. In 2008, she was appointed French Director of Human Resources for Sephora, a subsidiary of the LVMH group, before going on to become the Group HR Director of Camaieu at the beginning of 2013. Laurence Letertre-Tabourdeau took up her functions as Director of Human Resources of Elior Contract Catering France on 23 September 2015.
Eric Schwartz, 54, graduated from the ESC business school in Toulouse (France) in 1982 and then began his professional career working as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Five years later he obtained a chartered-accountant qualification and in 1988 joined Eurest as Deputy CFO before taking over the financial management of the US agro-food company, Borden, in 1990. Since then, he has acquired 25 years experience in financial management.
After Borden, he went on to become the CFO of Française des Jeux (France’s national lottery-game operator) and CEO of Française de Patrimoine, before joining Saresco as General Secretary. In 1999, he took over the financial management of Darty Ile de France, and then moved to But in 2006 as CFO before assuming the responsibilities of Vice-President in charge of Finances for the Kesaelectricals group (Darty) where he remained until 2012. He was then appointed Administrative and Financial Director of French operations for the Korian Médica group before joining Elior. Eric Schwartz took up his functions as Administrative and Financial Director of Elior Contract Catering France on 17 September this year.
