Lexington, an award-winning contract caterer, is looking for strong Event Floor Managers to join us in providing an outstanding service to prestigious sites across London.
The Client Support Team is the internal staffing solution for all Lexington venues, our talented team support across multiple sites to ensure all sites deliver exceptional service.
Your Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in supporting and mentoring the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll take pride in creating fresh, delicious food while helping maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to company standards.
- Support and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Maintain and control food stocks within budget, assisting with ordering and rotation.
- Uphold Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained.
