Our 2021 internal survey
We regularly carry out internal surveys in all our countries to find out how our employees feel about the following topics: diversity and inclusion, clarity of roles and responsibilities, sense of belonging and pride, working conditions, recognition, training, career management, remuneration. This allows us to know the points that we need to improve. The latest survey was launched in mid-2021 (17,413 respondent employees in five countries).
