After 10 successful years in motor sport (Formula 1, Formula 3000, GT, 24 Hours of Le Mans) Boris Derichebourg joined the family firm in 2004 where he spent two years learning the ropes before taking up general management of Penauille Polyservices, a company purchased by the group, which under his executive management became Derichebourg Multiservices in 2008.

Drawing on his experience as a high-level sportsman, Boris DERICHEBOURG capitalised on his competitive qualities to develop a different approach to business. He restructured the firm and breathed new life into it by creating new growth sectors. Derichebourg Multiservices quickly became the leading player in the outsourced services market with more than ten years of strong organic growth.

Since 2014 he has been a member of Young Leaders France China Foundation and of the YPO (Young Presidents' Organisation), of which he was President from 2016 to 2020. Since 2017 successive presidents of the MEDEF [Movement of the Enterprises of France] have entrusted to him the direction of the Proscenium program, which brings together the management of 400 ISE (intermediate-sized enterprises) with turnover of more than 300 million euros. He is a member of the Réserve Citoyenne [Citizens’ Reserve] of the Gendarmerie Nationale [French National Gendarmerie].

On 18 April 2023 a new international leader in institutional catering and multi services was created. Following the investment by Derichebourg Multiservices in the Elior Group and the acquisition by the Derichebourg Group of a 48.3% equity stake in Elior, while remaining Chairman of DERICHEBOURG Multiservices, Boris DERICHEBOURG has also been appointed Vice President of Operations of the Elior Group and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elior France.
