Having entered the HR field at the age of 23, Malika Bouchehioua was promoted to the post of HR Manager at the age of 30 and since 2023 has been Human Resources Manager at Elior Group. Earlier in her career she experienced the transformation of the La Poste Group in the Jean-Paul Bailly era in late 2002, where she was involved in the La Poste Group transformation, in particular within the Logistics Network.
The next move of the 'HR Manager-Postwoman" was to join DERICHEBOURG Multiservices in 2014. At DERICHEBOURG Multiservices she is working in an area, which is in the throes of major upheaval, where she is launching the transformation of HR services based on commitment, evolution, employability, close ties to colleagues and the digitalisation of tools and procedures.
Her aim at Elior Group is to design and bring to life a strategic human resources policy in the widest sense, while developing a strong, attractive common corporate culture.
