Delphine Esculier has worked for more than twenty years in the service business. In the first instance she learned the ropes at Servair (part of the Air France Group), where she worked for six years as the Quality and Environment Manager of the subsidiary specialising in airport services (Acna). Next, in 2005, she joined the Servair holding company as Manager of a Business Unit with a workforce of 250, responsible for assisting persons with reduced mobility at Roissy Charles de Gaulles Airport.
In 2007 she joined Derichebourg Multiservices in the post of Manager Quality, Safety, Environment After ten years as Manager QSE she created the Derichebourg Multiservices CSR division, of which she became Manager. She joined Elior Group in 2023. Her remit is to define, manage and motivate CSR strategy for Elior Group and its subsidiaries.
