Elior is aware of the environmental impact of its activities and is striving to reduce its footprint at each stage of its value chain. Although the Group mainly operates at its customers’ sites, which it does not own, all of its entities implement actions adapted to their specific characteristics to reduce water and energy consumption, as well as their carbon footprint. 

Our goal

Elior is committed to reducing its energy consumption and aims to increase its recourse to renewable energies. In order to achieve its ambition to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions per meal by 12% by 2025, Elior commits to ensuring that at least 80% of the electricity consumed is renewable at its sites with an electricity contract and to reducing energy consumption.
