In response to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, our business has successfully confirmed its financial strength and demonstrated its adaptability. As the Group celebrates its 30th anniversary against the background of this ongoing uncertainty, I would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to the exceptional commitment of all our people at Elior. Thanks to our teams, Elior has done more than just hold up against the crisis, has also put the wheels in motion in each of our geographies to accelerate our business transformation.
This unprecedented period in the history of contract catering has given us the opportunity to very quickly develop more flexible anytime, anywhere catering formats, while of course remaining intransigent about nutritional quality, hygiene, and food safety, and the economic and environmental impact of each meal we serve. Because, despite the crisis, our CSR commitments remain at the heart of everything we do. We are actively contributing to the transition to organic and local food. We’re working with all of our partners to minimize our carbon footprint. We have continued to focus on solutions that are sustainable and that respect people and the planet’s resources.

Good for me, for us, for all
Our ambition is to reinvent our business as a social caterer so that we can respond effectively to three major concerns of our guests, which have been further accentuated by the pandemic: is what I eat healthy and tasty, and is it good for me? Secondly, will eating also be a pleasurable opportunity for togetherness, and will it be good for us?
