Our best practices
More than 27,000 Group employees receive hygiene training per year
Over 22,000 hygiene audits carried out worldwide
More than 75,000 analyses produced every year
39 sites in France, Italy and Spain accredited with ISO 22000 certification the international benchmark standard for food leftovers.
To anticipate risks and regulatory developments related to food safety, Elior has set up a scientific committee in France composed of independent experts who are benchmarks in their fields (nutrition, pediatrics, toxicology, microbiology, etc.) and members of the Group’s teams (quality, security, and purchasing, etc.). This committee makes health and nutritional recommendations, such as the ban in 2016 on phthalates in materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
