Scientific committee

To anticipate risks and regulatory developments related to food safety, Elior has set up a scientific committee in France composed of independent experts who are benchmarks in their fields (nutrition, pediatrics, toxicology, microbiology, etc.) and members of the Group’s teams (quality, security, and purchasing, etc.). This committee makes health and nutritional recommendations, such as the ban in 2016 on phthalates in materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
