As a global leader, the Group is sensitive to its stakeholders' concerns and expectations, and must undertake actions reflecting its awareness of its reponsibilities, including a materiality analysis.
In 2015, Elior Group conducted its first materiality analysis:
- Analysis of real of issues for the Group (key market publications and risk analysis);
- Evaluation of importance of issues by internal and external stakeholders;
- Issues synthesis.
Internal and external stakeholders were consulted: employees, clients, suppliers, representatives of civil society and financial analysts.
This analysis enabled Elior Group to identify and rank CSR issues having an impact on its performance and ecosystem. The materiality analysis is the basis for our CSR strategy, in line with the worldwide sustainable development goals defined by the United Nations.
