Mikael Outmezguine, 28, has been appointed Managing Director of The Living Room, Elior's new contract catering offer for small and medium-sized businesses. He reports to Nicolas Wertans, CEO of Elior France, and becomes a member of the Elior France Executive Committee and of the Group Leaders Committee.

Born in 1988, Mikael has been an entrepreneur since he was 13. He created his first company by selling discussion systems on line. A self-made man, he left school at the age of 18 to create the audio-surveillance firm Damicam in 2008. Two years later he founded Wizee which by the time he sold in 2013 had become the leading celebrity marketing agency in France.

In 2013, he joined the Dalenys Group as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Appointed to the Board of Directors, he was also placed in charge of investors relations before taking on the duties of General Secretary of the Group in 2015. He left Dalenys in 2016 to join Elior Group.

In 2013, L’Entreprise magazine nominated him one of the 10 best youngest entrepreneurs in France and he is regularly cited in entrepreneurial rankings.
